The Statutes of the Green Order are based on the Statutes of Temple Order, which were introduced in 1118, but created even earlier -- 1100. We consider the Temple Order to be first public organisation in the history of the world, although we accept the possibility that we have idealised the Order. Academically educated historicians have different thoughts about the role of Temple Order. When creating our Statutes, we mainly used the book "The Holy blood and the Holy Grail" by M. Baigent, R. Leigh and H. Lincoln. We replaced the names of proffesions and structures of that time with corresponding modern words and changed the old, unusual language with language used nowadays. If we don't take in notice the external effects, then the Statutes of Temple Order are perhaps more democratic than basic structural standard of modern non-governmental organisations.
