Bad constructions.

Reword the sentence to avoid them (e.g. "A cavity is when you don't brush your teeth" becomes "A cavity is the result of not brushing your teeth"). They are only correct when speaking of time or place, respectively:

"Felicita's is where students go to drink beer and have fun."
