Dear Participant!
If
you find your paper submitted for the International Baltic Sea
Region conference
“Functional materials and
nanotechnologies” FN&NT- 2007 in the
PROGRAMME
or
PROGRAMME
– POSTERS list, it is accepted
for the presentation.
If
you need hard copies of the accepting document, please ask
via e-mail
and the original will be forwarded to you by e-mail as
pdf file or ordinary mail or fax.
The
Conference Programme
includes oral and poster sessions.
The oral
sessions comprise three kinds of presentations:
-
plenary – with allocated time of 25 min., including
questions and answers;
- invited – 20 min., including
questions and answers;
- regular – 15 min., including
questions and answers.
The oral presentations can be
prepared as Power Point or transparency presentation.
The Power
Point presentations are required to be available at the slide desk at
least
one hour before the presentation time. Those who
need other facilities, please
contact the organizers before the
beginning of the Conference.
The
Session Chairs are responsible for:
- introducing
speakers;
- ensuring that presentations run exactly in time.
Each
poster presenter will be provided with a vertical surface to
mount their poster presentation.
The area available for the
poster is limited to 1,42 m height by 1 m wide.
Poster
materials must be legible from a distance of two meters.
The
title of the paper, the authors, and their affiliations should appear
near the top of the poster.
Poster locations will be indicated
using a label showing the paper number in
Programme and the
presenting author’s name. Please plan to post your poster
between
9:00 Monday, April 2 and 17:30 Wednesday, April 4.
At
least one author has to be available at the poster during the Poster
Session
(Monday, April 2, 18:00 - 20:00) to present and
discuss the work.
Please don’t forget to remove your poster
at the end of Conference.

Regulary upgraded Programme will be available at http://fmnt.lu.lv (starting from March 20).
